REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fee includes access to all sessions, pre-technical-session events and all exhibits, coffee breaks (daily), Welcome Party on October 12 and technical digest.

Payment
Registration will be completed only with full payment.
All payment must be paid only in Japanese yen.

Please use a credit card which is valid at least until November 2025.
[IMPORTANT] In case you get an error message once, please call your credit card company and get the clarification of the reason before trying the second time. (If you fail more than a certain number of times, you will no longer be able to make payments.)

Bank Transfer
Payments via Bank Transfer will be accepted until September 30, 2025 (JST). If you choose this method, please ensure that your payment is completed by this date.
The full amount of your registration fee must be paid without any deductions for bank charges.
Please make sure that all charges are borne by the sender.
For Domestic Transfers (Within Japan)
A specific account will be provided to each participant, and your account details will be displayed during the payment process on My Page. Please ensure that you transfer the correct amount to the designated account.
For International Transfers (From overseas)
Download the invoice from My Page and direct the payment to the account indicated on it.
Please include your "Registration Number (A*****)" in the sender's details.
If you are making a collective bank transfer, please notify the MOC Registration Desk (registration@moc2025.com) with the names and registration numbers (A*****) of the applicants.
Invoice and Receipt
You can download invoice and receipt from My Page. Please be noted that any request of sending receipts via email or postal mail is unacceptable.
Change & Cancel
Before the payment:
You can change your registered information or cancel your registration from My Page.
After the payment completed:
Any change that include the Registration and Banquet fee, or cancellation of registration should be made in writing to MOC2025 Registration Desk (registration@moc2025.com).
You can change other information from My Page.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that the registration fee and banquet fee are non-refundable under any circumstances. If a registrant is unable to attend the conference, the Technical Digest (in PDF format) will be sent to them after the conference.
VISA DOCUMENT SUPPORT
ENTRY TO JAPAN

VISA APPLICATION
If you need a VISA to enter Japan, MOC2025 will assist you in preparing the necessary documents for your VISA application.
Please read the following information before applying for visa support.
Applicants must meet all of the following conditions to request our visa documents support:
1. You are the presenter / author / co-author of an accepted abstract.
2. You have completed the online registration.
3. Your registration fee have been paid.
- * If you have submitted a post-deadline paper, you are eligible to apply for visa support even if your paper has not yet been accepted.
- * However, you must complete your online registration and pay the registration fee prior to applying for visa support.
- * Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable, even if your paper is ultimately not accepted.
Please prepare those at your hand when you contact visa support desk.
1. Copy of your passport (in PDF or image files)
2. Occupation
3. Embassy or Consulate-General where you will apply your visa.
4. Flight information (Date/Flight number):
- Arrival in Japan
- Departure from Japan
5. The place of stay:
- Name of hotel/accommodation
- Check-in/Check-out date
The following documents will be issued to the applicants who has meet all of the above conditions:
a. Invitation Letter
b. Letter of guarantee
c. Letter of reason for invitation
d. Schedule of stay
e. Certificate of Employment of Guarantor
VISA GUARANTEE PERIOD
From October 10 to October 17, 2025
If you wish to extend your stay before or after the guaranteed conference period,
you may apply for a tourist visa at the discretion of the Japanese Embassy or Consulate.
NOTES
* Kindly note that we will not accept any visa support applications more than 3 months before your departure date.
* Depending on the visa application process, the embassy or consulate may take more than one month to issue the visa. We recommend applying for a visa about 1.5 months before your departure date.
* The deadline and support documents provided by MOC2025 do NOT guarantee visa approval.
* Visa application support for accompanying persons are only eligible for legal spouse or children.
* The VISA application to the Embassy or Consulate-General of Japan in your country should be completed on your own responsibility.
* Fees to be paid to the Japanese Embassy or Consulate for visa application and issuance, transportation and communication expenses are on applicant's account.
* Documents prepared by MOC2025 will be sent to you in PDF format by email.
* If the local Japanese embassy or consulate requires the original documents, we will send them to you by EMS.
* Kindly confirm the latest information on your own responsibility by checking the websites of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan stated above.
